Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, along with tracking information if available.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the order, delivery address, and the selected shipping method.
Free Shipping:
We may offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders. Details of such promotions will be available at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
We offer a range of shipping options including standard, expedited, and express delivery. The available shipping methodswill be presented at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Expedited Shipping:
3-5 business days.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship to the following countries: South Africa. Shipping fees for international orders are calculated atcheckout and may vary depending on the destination.
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes but delivery timelines may vary

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once your order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the shipping carrier. If your order isdamaged or lost in transit, please contact us at or the courier to resolve the issue. We will assist in initiating a claim if necessary, but we are notresponsible for damages or losses caused during shipping.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Q Naturals purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return Window:
We accept returns for products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, unused condition withall packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or opened products. Custom items or personalized products are also non-returnable.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately after receiving the order for assistance. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
Return Shipping:
After receiving the RA number, you may return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Returnshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
Processing the Return:
After we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and processed. Please allow up to 7-10business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Shipping Fees:
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.We will not process direct exchanges but are happy to assist you with the return and purchase of the new item.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soonas possible. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to follow our return procedure once you receive theproduct.
